GETTING CRAFTY
Now that I am out of school I have more time to do crafty things. This is my first project since finishing my master's degree. It is a large clay pot that I put a mosiac design on. This is one side of it with the yellow gecko. His eyes are copper beads. The top has copper piping I cut up and glued in place.
The other side has a green gecko with copper eyes. I flipped the tile colors for each side so the geckos will show up. It is harder to see the green gecko because of the lighting.
We put it out in front of our house and put flowers in it yesterday. Now I am starting my new mosiac project that will be a wall hanging with an old mirror we had. Boy I sure am enjoying being out of school!!
