Well I think it's official. I am going to hell. After coming home after a long week of clinicals and work, I turned on the computer to see how the site was doing. I saw a new message from my post “Who's Going To Make It” which was directed towards who would make it to the World Series games this year. I guess Ergo does not like baseball because instead of writing who his predictions were regarding the World Series he wrote this:
“That's very sad, I'll grant you, but what did we do to cause the WTC destruction? Yes, we did something... and are continuing to do a whole plethora of things even today. Witchcraft, homosexuality, idolatry, abortion, secular atheism... etc. etc. etc. Look around you. Don't turn a blind eye to what's going on. Or you could be lost --- If you can't see the self-evident-reality of Heaven or Hell after this Finite Existence, great. I'll remind you. Very axiomatic to those who repent --- AD MAJOREM DEI GLORIAM (Latin: For the Greater Glory of God)”
So I guess according to Ergo baseball is one of the deadly sins that caused the WTC destruction? Maybe his comment was actually directed towards the Secular Atheists, who worship baseball, who practice witchcraft, and are gay? Bastards!!
Well Ergo or whichever personality emerged during the writing of the above comment, my recommendation is for you to step away from the funny pipe. Don’t drink the Kool-Aid. Walk away from the airplane glue. And please take your medications. If you are taking your medications then I suggest you make another appointment as soon as possible for your psychiatrist to prescribe you more medications. While you are there spend an hour, or two, or three… And for God’s sake…don’t watch baseball!!
I leave you with this song which suddenly came to mind…
The lunatic is on the grass.
The lunatic is on the grass.
Remembering games and daisy chains and laughs.
Got to keep the loonies on the path.
The lunatic is in the hall.
The lunatics are in my hall.
The paper holds their folded faces to the floor
And every day the paper boy brings more.
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon
And if there is no room upon the hill
And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
The lunatic is in my head.
The lunatic is in my head
You raise the blade, you make the change
You re-arrange me 'til I'm sane.
You lock the door
And throw away the key
There's someone in my head but it's not me…
Roger Waters (Dark Side of the Moon)
